🧠 Therapy is like going to the gym… for your brain.
Except instead of building biceps, we’re building boundaries. 😂

Mental health isn’t always deep or dramatic—sometimes it’s realizing you’ve been cranky for 3 days because you haven’t had water since Tuesday. 🫠

So hydrate. Breathe. Laugh at yourself a little.
And remember: growth can be weird, messy, and totally hilarious.

Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress.
It’s about showing up for yourself, even when you feel like you have nothing left.
It’s about choosing growth over comfort, truth over denial, and peace over chaos.

If no one has told you lately:
✨ You’re allowed to rest.
✨ You’re allowed to feel it all.
✨ And you’re allowed to begin again—today, tomorrow, and as many times as you need.
