- 1 Profile Pizza Crust
- 1/4 cup Profile Zesty Asian Vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp. Profile P3
- Orange peppers as desired
- Red peppers as desired
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- Green onions as desired
- Handful of spinach
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

1. Mix Zesty Asian Vinaigrette and powered peanut butter in a small bowl.
2. Speed mixture into pizza crust.
3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto pizza.
4. Slice poets into thin long slices and put on pizza.
5. Add shredded carrots.
6. Finely chop green onions and add to pizza.
7. Add spinach to pizza.
8. Cook pizza according to package.

Carbohydrates are your body’s main source of energy! You need them to function.

They help fuel your muscles, brain functionality, central nervous system and even boost your mood!

No carbs are neither good or bad, but all are not created equally. There are different types. Some have more nutrients, some are complex, and some are simple. Simple carbs are quicker to digest & spike your blood glucose for short-lasting energy. Complex carbs contain more fiber & digest slower, which keep you feeling fuller longer.

The truth is, they don’t need to be avoided. Eat the carbs. Your body functionality will love you.
