Someone needs to hear this. Too much of ANYTHING is not good, even if it's healthy ...NOW! BLACK SEED OIL..... Regardless of the medicinal purposes ITS STILL OIL, so if you are having upper GI issues, it may contribute to that..... taking too much or taking it too long can damage the liver and kidneys but not limited to..

Sea moss is not a cure all....it's minerals, that's it ..if your condition is due to lack of minerals then Amen.

Turmeric is too much heat, not spicy, it is a warning herb and too much for too long creates stomach issues, HOT FLASHES, constipation, nose bleeds etc. This is why I NEVER isolate a herb, balance matters...

I have so much I want to teach and show, however, I have little time to do it....

I was instructed to let someone know that the Nutribullet that you use to make smoothies, blend etc, has a circle ring on the inside of the area where the blade is, and it has to be removed to clean and after so long replaced. I witnessed someone who had been using theirs for 5 years and never knew or cleaned it, and the black mold was awful. She was experiencing stomach issues and didn't know why..... Check your Nutribullet seal and you can order replacements off Amazon........TRUE SUCCESS COMES FROM BUILDING OTHERS!!!!! Wholelistically Done
