We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Cayci to the team! She put together a quick introduction so you can get to know her:
“Hi! I’m Cayci, and I’m excited to join the Hyve Fitness team as a coach.
I didn’t always have fitness figured out. My journey started in 2016, and like a lot of people, I had to learn how to make it work with real life-not perfect conditions.
Now, as a coach (and a new mom), I understand how much your time, energy, and priorities can shift. I’m dedicated to helping busy individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable routines that actually fit their lifestyle.
As a 10-year Army Veteran, I know what it takes to meet height and weight standards, pass fitness tests, and train to exceed the standards. I also bring real-world experience from corporate America, as a project manager working long hours in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, often stuck behind a desk. I know how easy it is for movement, consistency, and your own health to fall to the bottom of the list.
I coach to train smarter, stay consistent, and see results without overcomplicating the process.
