Explore who you are now.
Trust who you are now.
Believe who you are now.
Cherish who you are now.
Respect who you are now.
But most of all, LOVE who you are now.
This version of yourself needs you. What you experienced is not your fault. However, healing from it is your responsibility. ❤️‍🩹

✨AWARENESS✨ As a Sexual Assault Survivor I’m learning and navigating my way through this healing journey. It’s not always easy, and I’ve learned is my silence helps nobody including myself. That being said… Here’s to breaking my silence & raising awareness!
April is recognized as Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), during which organizations and advocates raise awareness about issues related to sexual assault. This is a time for us to unite and have open conversations about sexual violence, support survivors, educate ourselves, and work towards preventing sexual violence by identifying strategies and resources.
Every survivor has a story, told and untold the story matters. My hope is that the conversations about SA can increase without judgement to the survivor, but with support & resources for survivors regardless of who their offender is. 🩵

1) Fathers need community, as well! (🔗 in bio)
2) Teens are struggling, at this stage of life discovering who you are while being told who to be is, HARD!
3) Representation matters, and when you can’t “represent” at least try to understand & relate!
4) My body, my rights!
5) Everything is better in community, even getting the work done!
