What if your detoxing and your kidneys aren't working properly? Then the body can't cleanse itself properly.

This quote is very personal to me. I have been disappointed multiple times in the walk I call life, when trying to walk in someone else shadow.

Even though I have a good heart and meant well. I had to understand it was not my own path.

My personality handles what I do with care as of it is my own. There are people in life who are offended by that. They see it as you competing with them. instead of seeing it as you trying to uplift and improve what they have.

The best I ever felt was creating my own path.

Behold I present, sweet potato pancakes and a potato veggie skillet.

I know this is a lot of carbs, I consistently eat healthy, so this would be my version of a cheat day.

Eating healthy doesn't always have to be dull.
