IN-HOME & VIRTUALLY
~Greater Atlanta Area and Nationwide~
I am committed to making motherhood/parenthood easier, through prenatal education, postpartum support, mama mental health resources, newborn education, lactation, breast and bottle feeding support, first aid, CPR and choking classes, sleep coaching, toilet learning, organizational assistance and so much more. My job as a healthcare profess
ional (15 years as a nurse & Pediatric NP) is to listen to your priorities and specific goals as a parent. I will walk beside you and share in your challenges and your triumphs, and I promise to support you with empathy, compassion, and respect. I value creating a shared community, where you are always welcome. I am trained to use my nursing assessment skills to evaluate each child individually, resulting in comprehensive personalized plans with comfortable boundaries that will work for the entire family. I sincerely hope to help your family unit not just survive, but to thrive! Becoming a new mama myself in 2019 opened my eyes to the wonderful, yet challenging journey into motherhood. From this, my passion has grown tremendously for wanting to bridge the gap in support and education between hospital and home. There is a vast amount of material on the internet, in books and let’s face it, from your family and friends! While this plethora of information is great, it can be overwhelming to navigate it all. That’s where I come in … Let me use my knowledge and experience as a professional and a mama, to work WITH YOU in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive way! Each baby and family situation is unique and I will do the work to help assist you in ways to best care for YOUR baby! From online classes to in home visits, virtual and phone consultations, I’m ready to help you rock this mama adventure! You are not alone! My next "longer term" goal is to apply for grants and funding (or dream up other creative means) to provide some of the same services within the underprivileged & underserved communities so if you know of anyone with experience in this arena send them my way!!
