Happy Valentine’s Day and Happy Heart Month ❤️

Heart disease is the number one killer of both women and men.
One of the simplest ways to support your heart is Zone 2 movement.

Zone 2 is steady, moderate cardio where you can still hold a conversation but would not want to sing. Think easy jogging, brisk walking, or cycling where breathing is elevated but controlled, just below the point of gasping for air.

Small efforts, done consistently, protect your heart.

Something I never did in my 20s, 30s, or 40s.

💥You can get stronger at any age.
💥Progress comes from consistency, not a birthday.

I’m 59.

Not because I’m special.
Because I’ve been consistent.

This isn’t a 30-day glow-up.
It’s years of showing up, even on days I didn’t feel like it.

The Numbers That Could Save You From Type 2 Diabetes

Most people focus on blood sugar.
But by the time it spikes, the damage is already in motion.

👉 Track your fasting insulin.
It rises years before glucose or A1C go up.

✅ A1C: under 5.5%
✅ Fasting Glucose: under 90 mg/dL
