Weight loss will be a bonus side effect by focusing on building long term health first. For example, visceral fat (under the skin around your organs and yes "skinny" people can have this too) will suffocate good blood flow and the oxygen supply to your cells in your organs. This will cause organs to not be able to function well and ultimately cause the cells in the organs to die resulting in disease. This is a slow process you can't "feel" and all of a sudden in your later years you have liver, kidney, or heart disease and wonder why! You will also experience inflammation throughout the body which leads to 97% of all disease. The good news, this can all be avoided! In reality, just because you began having "symptoms" of health issues "all of a sudden" doesn't mean it wasn't a slow process of years of poor choices. This is why I often say focusing on daily detoxing is more important than nutrition. Don't get me wrong, nutrition is important. However, if you have toxic overload the nutrients are not going to be absorbed into our cells efficiently and effectively. We can make better choices to control toxins in our everyday life and yet, there are some we can't control. You do have a choice when it comes to your health. Get educated, apply the information and do something different. Taking the same approach as everyone else will give you the same results. Statiscally, diseases and chronic illness increases every year. Being healthy is no longer normal. Be different and take control of your own health.
