Our Providers: Uchenna Ozuah, M.D.
Dr. Ozuah is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine. As a 1992 graduate from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Nigeria, his initial post graduate training was in Obstetrics/Gynecology before he moved to the United States. He completed his Internal Medicine residency training & fellowship at Metropolitan Hospital Center (New York Medical College).
As a physician with over 11 years of experience in hospital medicine, Dr. Ozuah approaches health care as a partnership with his patients and their families. He utilizes a holistic approach in order to achieve the greatest outcome specific to each individual. Along with his extensive knowledge and experience, Dr. Ozuah is a compassionate and patient-focused physician. He is very caring, empathetic, thourough, humble, highly respectful, and a great listener. His top priority is to consistently provide his patients with superior overall healthcare.
Dr. Ozuah is happily married to his wife Obi and they have 3 lovely children. He loves to learn, travel, and spend lots of time with his family and friends.
