Saturday was one for the books and absolutely deserves a spot on the timeline!

I had the pleasure of reading tarot for students at once again, alongside my dear friend and incredible intuitive . Our synergy after years of friendship makes collaborating such a special experience every single time. Beyond grateful for this work and the people it brings into my life.

Before our 3 hours of tarot readings, I had the privilege of leading both a mindfulness class and a yoga class at on campus. To top it all off, I found out that The Wellness Lab will continue next semester, and I’ve been invited to stay on and keep teaching through the spring. Even more exciting - they’ve decided to drop the fee for the public & all classes will now be no charge to all who want to attend! A pop up sound bath is in talks too 😍

A full year of offerings on the UTD campus feels like such a blessing and a beautiful affirmation of the intuitive, heart-centered work I’m honored to share.

Today I graduated from the second module of the 1000 hour Yoga Therapist Training from Practice Yoga Austin - which is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (the gold standard in the industry). One more module to go, but now cleared to do this work as a yoga therapy intern!

It has been an amazing journey so far, and we have the best cohort! Grateful to be a lifelong student & continue deepening my teachings/offerings.
