The holidays can be a stressful time of year. We can become so busy during the holiday season that we forget to make our mental health a priority. Here are a few self-care tips to practice daily:

1. Give yourself grace and permission to acknowledge your feelings.

2. Make time for self-reflection and meditation.

3. Set boundaries with family and friends.

4. Be respectful of your budget.

5. Acknowledge at least 3 things you’re grateful for.
