Meet Jeff Taylor, our dedicated Spiritual Care Coordinator & Bereavement Coordinator at Heart to Heart Hospice in Rockwall. With 12 years in healthcare and 2 years as part of the Heart to Heart Hospice family, Jeff sees hospice as an extension of his ministry, serving God, patients, and families through the end-of-life journey.

What Jeff loves most about Heart to Heart Hospice is the way the team treats one another like family. In his downtime, you’ll often find him working on home projects, enjoying dinner out, and spending quality time with his loved ones.

Jeff’s compassion, dedication, and ministry touch countless lives, and we are so grateful for the heart he brings to our patients, families, and team.

Tomorrow we will be having our back to school event for our staff will be raffling off backpacks want to give a big shout out to divinity, hospice remarkable hospice heart to heart hospice and the Rockwall staff or providing the backpacks Adminstrator will be grilling hotdog and hamburgers for our staff. We truly appreciate all that you do for the residence at Rockwall Nursing care
