Welcome Cayla Holmes, MPAS, PA-C to Bare Dermatology! ✨

We’re thrilled to introduce Cayla Holmes, PA-C, a board-certified dermatology Physician Assistant joining our Park Lane and Rockwall offices. Cayla provides comprehensive care in both medical and aesthetic dermatology, including acne, eczema, psoriasis management, skin cancer screening, and individualized aesthetic treatments.

Originally from Sugar Land, Texas, Cayla earned her degrees in Spanish and Biology from Baylor University and completed her PA training at The University of Texas Medical Branch with honors. She is conversational in Spanish and proud to provide care for both English & Spanish-speaking patients.

Cayla is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating a welcoming environment rooted in trust, education, and personalized care. When she’s not in clinic, you can find her enjoying time outdoors with her husband and two sons, exploring the Dallas Arboretum, or engaging with her Lake Highlands community.
