For the best results you’ll JUST want to take the DETOX/THERMO for the first 2 weeks, this way you can clean out your system and get a fresh start, improving metabolism and digestive functions.
After 14 days, you’ll start taking the LAXAVAR (muscle builder, x2 capsules after workouts). Stop taking the detox and continue the Alpha Thermo.
Laxavar is my favorite product due to its ability of increasing protein synthesis by up to 200%. You’ll recover much faster from strenuous workouts.
To get the best results I’d recommend a basic intermittent fasting schedule 16/8 which means you’ll be fasting for 16 hours out of the day with an 8 hour eating window.
So let’s say you eat dinner at 8pm, you will not eat again until 12 or 1pm (basically skipping breakfast)
This will speed up weight loss! You’ll take the detox (2 capsules) in the AM with 1 capsule of the thermo. Then take another serving of the detox (2 capsules) at night close to bed.
The day’s you workout allow yourself to have moderate starch carbs (1 cup rice, grits, potatoes, etc) with a meal prior to working out, and with the meal after your workouts.
Days you do no workout stick to a low starch/low carb eating.
So a low carb meal would look like
8 oz chicken breast, 1 cup veggies, slices of avocado.
High carb meal
8oz protein, 1 cup starch carbs, 1/2-1 cup veggies
This is essentially called “carb cycling” and is a major component that keeps me lean all year.
As far as workouts go, focus on doing 4 sets of 20 reps, starting off moderate weight and adding weight each set by like 10lbs.
(This is called progressive overloading)
Another way to really get your body burning fat is by combining 3 exercises into a circuit.
Going from one exercise to the other with small amounts of rest.
(Might be familiar with super sets, this would be called a “giant set”)
I would pick 9 total exercise, and grouping 3 exercises in a circuit.
