✨️Pregnant women given massage experienced fewer prenatal complications. 

-Massage therapy has been demonstrated to be effective during pregnancy. The women reported decreased depression, anxiety, and leg and back pain.

-The most important finding was the lower incidence of prematurity and low birthweight of babies born to massaged clients and depression decreased in pregnant women.

Just like exercise, massage results are not maintained after one session BUT we understand that some people have a wonderful self care routine and do not need regular massage to manage stress and pain.
