Meet Megan Lathrom, a seasoned BCBA at our Katy Cinco Ranch location! With a master’s in special education and nine years of field experience, Megan values the close-knit community at BI, appreciating the impact she can make at her smaller Houston center. She was attracted to BI’s fast-track promotion system, allowing quick advancement for Behavior Technicians into RBTs.

Megan's journey began in respite care for two children on the spectrum, revealing the diverse challenges within the autism spectrum. She is positive, passionate for early intervention and an incredible problem-solver!

Inspired daily by the individuals she serves and the collaborative support network, Megan brings a personal motto, "You are enough," to life through her interactions with clients. Her commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent within the organization aligns with her belief in the inherent value of every individual.

Alexandria Boyce (Alley) is a dedicated BCBA with eight years of experience in the work force, two of which are in ABA and three in other mental health roles. She holds a master's degree in ABA which demonstrates her commitment to professional growth!

Alley's journey was influenced by her supervisor's praises for Behavioral Innovations during her fieldwork, leading her to be intrigued by the company's supportive environment. Alley values the exceptional support we provide our technicians and BCBAs, believing that sets us apart in the field!

Her personal connection to autism, with her daughter being on the spectrum, fuels Alley's passion for making a meaningful difference. Paige Massey is a devoted BCBA at our Prosper location, where her work leaves a lasting impact on our clients and their families. With a master’s degree in human services counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and an unwavering passion for her role.

Her journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis started in 2018 at our McKinney center. In 2022, she took a significant step in her career, shifting to Prosper as the organization's first BCBA Apprentice. This transition was fueled by her deep dedication to our mission and values, propelling her into a new phase of her professional growth.

Paige's commitment to her clients and the transformative influence she has on their lives serve as the driving force behind her aspiration to guide and mentor future RBTs and BCBAs at Behavioral Innovations. Her genuine love for her work is evident in her daily efforts, and she holds a huge appreciation for the families she helps, steering them towards brighter, more hopeful futures. Last weekend, our BDR Team in San Antonio had a 'Spook-tacular' time at the Halloween Howl Down Fair! 🎃 Dr. Seuss' Cat in the Hat and her 'Things' participated in Trunk-or-Treat and passed out candies and goodies to over 1700 kiddos and families!
