Today let’s encourage one another to keep the FAITH.

Keep the Lord first and seek him for the direction as to where, what and how to continue moving forward.

If you seem to be confused, feeling hopeless, doubtful or unable to see past your current circumstances this is the time to pray, self reflect, change your negative thoughts, feelings and energy that is keeping you stagnant or feeling empty and ask yourself why? Why am I feeling this way? When did this start happening? Who was I around or is it just me? Process, Eliminate and Stay Focused

Be still for a moment, silence your thoughts and start speaking life, positive words and start writing down how you need to move, think and take action differently towards a brighter day, tomorrow and future.

Finally your life is a God given gift to you and others so live life to your fullest potential whatever that looks like for you in a positive, nontoxic and safe manner at the end of it all it will be how you impacted your love ones, friends, community and others that last a lifetime. “Legacy”

Dear Current or Future Husband and Wives

Hold each other close every moment of each day no matter rather in the home or while away.

Keep your personal business to yourselves and only speak to someone truly trustworthy when the need arises.

Stay away from toxic relationships (pray from them but long handle spoon those type of relationships) why because hurt people only tend to hurt people or give them unhealthy advice or condone negativity towards other people in relationships most of the time.
“Energy Transfers”

Life is a gift and time well spent with great memories are a blessing.

Communication is very important and can be a challenge at times that’s why it’s important to build trust and understanding one another without fear of losing yourself or losing control.

Competition is a no no in a marriage it’s a team effort to make sure that you both succeed in every aspect of life individually and together.

Love should be natural and given selflessly without shame, fear or guilt so any of any of these rare their ugly head there just maybe past trauma that needs addressed. (Counseling is a great way)

Go on dates as often as possible with one another (talk a little, laugh a lot and so appreciation towards each other)

On those days where test and trails come remember team work makes the dream work “it’s true in marriage too” pray and give space but don’t stay frustrated or upset long….

Do not go to bed mad at one another for no one knows the time someone is called home to their Heavenly place. So be intentional about the love and covenant you share with the gift of a spouse

Self Care is a must for both of you and a must do so never underestimate taking care of yourself and taking that time to pamper yourself mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Pray daily for the covering over yourselves, marriage, finances, health, safety and families.

Lastly enjoy life together, live and love🫶🏾
