This week's teaching is themed around the practice of cultivating an inner resilience, remembering and connecting to our inner resources. We'll begin with a slow deep stretch Yoga class (suitable for beginners), followed by a guided meditation. In trying times, it's even more necessary than ever to build our inner reserves and practice self-care.
