It's been a minute since we posted here! Thank you so very much for allowing me time to deal with life. We've faced a lot, fought cancer twice and won - we're claiming those wins. We overcame fibromyalgia with a lifestyle change and dealt with some major blows when my Mom passed. During that time, we've changed our lifestyle and are pledging to live toxic-free. Then, the Boutique I was working with ended their program, and oddly, started it again a few months ago. I wasn't looking to start anything or be affiliated with another company. Then, the Wellness Store was brought into my life. It saves me time and money; I spend less time shopping at other stores and buy more from the Wellness Store. I will share a few things we are doing to promote a healthier lifestyle we try to move our bodies, eat organic food, grow some( this has been a challenge for me) cold pressed juice to get in more veggies ands fruits. Eat more plants, less meat. Take our vitamins regularly, and spend more time with each other, don’t forget we spend lots of time with our sweet fur baby.
