Wins from my Pampered Mom's Package ladies!!

They are getting busy and making all the amazing traditional and fermented foods - fermented ketchup, mayonnaise, sourdough bread, and batch cooking too : bone broth, pre-boiled eggs and slicing strawberries...

I'm super proud of them!! They are getting out of their comfort zone to source things like chicken bones (and feet!) to make chicken broth and liver...

Does this chaos sound familiar in your home (or mind)? Oh no!! It's 5 pm, my kids are getting haaaangry.. .oh wait... I'm "hangry" too!!:) WHAT in the WORLD am I going to cook for dinner!!?

I WANT to cook something healthy... oh wait... I remember I'm supposed to have some greens... and... oh yes... some bone broth... and some fermented veggies...

OPEN fridge... Hmmm. I'm out of greens, no broth left...I guess we'll just have chicken and toast!!

The first step to getting organized in the kitchen is first knowing WHAT foods you should be eating on a regular basis...

then knowing how to prepare foods the traditional way,

THEN getting yourself a "Meal Plan Game Plan" to get OUT of the disorganized kitchen chaos and get some clarity around your cooking routine.

So.... I've developed a resource meant to help with exactly the problem of not knowing what to eat and feeling that KITCHEN OVERWHELM:

Do you ever feel like nutrition and diet can be just soooooo confusing?
One doctor says this... another says that? One study contradicts another study??
One says "eat every couple of hours!" Another says, "intermittent fasting!!" One says, "eat lots of vegetables, grains and fiber" another says, "no grains, just meat and fats (keto)!"

I find the simplest way is to STOP looking at studies that are focused on one very specialized diet or aspect of dieting (or one doctor's opinion) and START looking at what has worked for centuries of time before industrialization changed our food system!
