🔥 💪 It’s officially “core” month around here and I want to share my ALL-TIME favorite core exercise. Since most of us are stuck in the house because of the dreary weather, I thought a good way to stay warm is to focus on CORE exercises. You don't need any equipment or a gym to work your core.
Personally, my favorite core exercise is leg lifts. As you lay on your back on the floor, legs straight, hands tucked under your bum for back support and simply lift your legs straight up to a perpendicular position. Don't let your feet touch the ground as you come back down, hover about an inch from the ground and repeat. You will really feel this in your lower abdominals. This is a killer core strengthening exercise and so effective!
