I still remember the very first retreat I facilitated back in 2020….
I remember the nerves.
The quiet prayers.
The deep knowing that this work was bigger than me.
And now, 6 years later, I find myself pausing in gratitude, because I’ve witnessed something I can’t fully put into words.
I’ve seen women from all walks of life walk into these spaces carrying so much.
Stress. Survival. Heartbreak. Disconnection. Pressure.
And I’ve also seen the mask they wear so well.
So many women are performative because they’ve had to be.
They are everything to everyone.
They are the boss on the outside.
Productive. Responsible. Impressive.
The one who gets it done. The one who holds it all together. The “superwoman.”
But the truth is, what most women need is not more boss-babe mentality.
Not more work.
Not more grind.
Not more hustling, pushing, proving, and chasing.
What we need is a necessary return.
A return to the divine feminine self. ✨
Because that is where the real magic happens.
That is where life begins to soften.
That is where the nervous system exhales.
That is where a woman stops performing and starts remembering.
That is where she becomes magnetic.
And when that happens, she no longer has to chase everything she desires.
She begins to attract.
This is what I’ve witnessed in these retreats since 2021.
I’ve watched women begin transforming from the moment they arrive.
You can feel it almost immediately.
The softening.
The exhale.
The walls slowly coming down.
I’ve watched women reconnect with their laughter after forgetting what it sounded like.
I’ve watched tears turn into breakthroughs.
I’ve watched women remember who they are beneath the roles, the pressure, and the performance.
There is something sacred that happens when women gather with intention.
When they are seen.
When they are held.
When they are invited back home to themselves.
I do not take this work lightly.
I honor it deeply.
Because I know what it holds.
I know what it unlocks.
And I know the courage it takes to say yes to this kind of transformation.
Every retreat changes me too.
And as I prepare for Goddess Glow 2026 in Puerto Rico, July 10–15, I feel that same sacred pull again.
That same knowing.
That the women who are meant to be there will feel it.
And they will come.
