Our Story

So happy that you are here. Just like you, I found yoga and all other types of exercise commercially. I find yoga and working out attractive. I think working out and I have a bit of a love affair.

I am Carolina Herrera Flórez a registered nurse and yoga professional. I am very passionate about yoga and wellness. My goal is to help millions of people across the globe to lead a healthy, happy lifestyle. I am the author of The Best Personal Yoga Podcast, a yogi’s podcast for busy professional and caregivers. I also authored 2 books: Learn, Commit, Grow: with Personal Yoga and Wellness Core Secrets: for caretakers and busy yogi professionals. I offer tips for caregivers, mothers, and yoga practitioners on how to effectively harness the immense benefits of yoga to improve our lives.

Sustaining healthy habits remains one of the most effective and probably holistic healing techniques that has been around for centuries. The practice of healthy habits has become increasingly popular in recent times as more people begin to realize its fantastic healing benefits. However, factors such as time constraints and the lack of adequate knowledge have made it a bit difficult for more people to enjoy the inherent benefits of healthy habits practice.
