Mindful Life Counseling

Relationships come easy to some people; others, not so much. I'm here for the others. I work with couples who are tired of having the same fight again and again.

I help bridge the gap between those with high intelligence and their frustrated partners.

The Story Of Mindful Life Counseling

When I started Mindful Life Counseling, I never thought I would work with couples. In fact, I had two rules- no couples and no children. While I still don’t work with children. (Bless those therapists who do.) My practice took an unexpected turn a couple years ago, and now I work almost exclusively with couples.

I realized that I was closing myself off to something that I knew nothing about. (Something about not practicing outside of my scope...) So I got trained and haven’t looked back since.

The mission of Mindful Life Counseling is to put an end to unnecessary divorces. I specialize in working with couples on the brink of divorce- those who have become so frustrated and discouraged that they have begun to think that divorce is their answer to happiness.

While I work with a wide range of couples, those who I have found the most joy in working with and have witnessed the most growth are those in which one partner is exceptionally bright but relationship dim.
