Happy Monday!
This past week, I’ve been really working on getting back into my old good habits of eating right for me and working out. I feel so much better when I’m nourishing myself with lots of greens, protein, veggies, and fruits! And most especially moving my body on a regular basis!
I have been wearing many different “hats” these past 6 months or so and juggling so many different projects and taking care of others, that I started to deal with anxiety because I was overwhelmed. I lost the need to really take care of myself the way that I had for the past few years and it started to show- maybe not so much physically, but definitely emotionally. 😂
Treating myself right has made me feel more in control and has given me more energy to be more productive. Which is exactly what I need right now!
It’s week 2 of the day challenge and I’m ready to crush it! It’s been great having a challenge like this to help me get back on track and it works perfectly with my goal oriented brain.
