Happy Monday!
This past week, I’ve been really working on getting back into my old good habits of eating right for me and working out. I feel so much better when I’m nourishing myself with lots of greens, protein, veggies, and fruits! And most especially moving my body on a regular basis!
I have been wearing many different “hats” these past 6 months or so and juggling so many different projects and taking care of others, that I started to deal with anxiety because I was overwhelmed. I lost the need to really take care of myself the way that I had for the past few years and it started to show- maybe not so much physically, but definitely emotionally. 😂
Treating myself right has made me feel more in control and has given me more energy to be more productive. Which is exactly what I need right now!
It’s week 2 of the day challenge and I’m ready to crush it! It’s been great having a challenge like this to help me get back on track and it works perfectly with my goal oriented brain.
What motivates you to be the healthiest and best self that you can be??

Happy fall y’all! 🍂🍁🍂🍁
This summer was b u s y! So busy that I decided to just not even worry about the ‘gram all summer. 😆 So let me fill you in on all the things.
💁🏼‍♀️
☀️ I left a nanny job (not a good fit) and found another nanny job. (👍🏻👍🏻)
☀️I started working at the corporate office for the school that I’m opening up. Big change for me but I like it.
☀️Kraig went through some serious medical treatments that were a lot in all ways, but ended up helping him immensely!
☀️ He also got a promotion at work!!
☀️I’ve been studying and working towards my state teaching certification. I’ve been certified in other states and countries before, but New York’s process is by far the biggest pain in the 🍑.
☀️ We traveled to Connecticut, Maryland, North Carolina, and Texas.
☀️PJ learned a lot about modes of transportation because we took 🚘🚍🚊✈️.
☀️I also experimented with the .I have a lot of thoughts about it, but ultimately I’ve lost 5-6 pounds.
That was my busy summer and I’m ready to be back for a fit fall!

July 16?!? Where did the time go??? 🤯
The past couple months have been all over the place! We’ve traveled to different states for work, worked on marketing plans, and have helped bridge the gap between school and summer camp for a lot of parents. It’s been difficult sticking to healthy habits without a regular daily schedule and being so busy.
My schedule isn’t slowing down any time soon (just adding more to it 😆) but we will be back into a daily routine this time next week. I’m looking forward to it! There’s a reason we put our kids in schedule. There are numerous physical and mental health benefits from having a daily routine!
I’m using this week to prepare for our transition into our new routine next week. I’m trying to make healthier eating choices, drink more water, be more productive with work, and get better sleep!
2020 is less than 6 months away, but there’s still time to meet the New Years resolutions you made in January. My big resolution was to balance out my primary food circle and move up in my career. There is still time! What were your resolutions??Keep on working towards your goals!

What a wild week it’s been! Kraig’s schedule has been packed and PJ and I have been traveling each day for training. We have learned that we are capable of commuting but really don’t enjoy it. 😆
The days have been L O N G, so I’ve said no to working out this week in order to get more sleep.
And in order to have healthy home cooked meals, we made sure to order a meal kit delivery service this week. We picked all the 20 minute meals and it has been life saving!
We are still able to have healthy home cooked meals each night this week- stress free! There’s zero worrying about WHAT we’re cooking, no need to run to the grocery store, and it doesn’t take long!
A little planning (like clicking “send me my meals”), can go a long way and free up time and space to focus on other aspects of your circle.

I cannot think of any other better way to start the day than with a .
It just makes you feel good that the first thing you did that day was something that was good for you!
I haven’t been posting a lot because I’ve been really busy. 😂 When I left my job a couple months ago, somebody told me that I was going to be “so bored”. I thought it was such a strange thing for someone to tell me 😐 and then I started worrying that maybe she was right! That tiny comment motivated me to keep pushing towards my goals- balancing out my circle.
Guys, I am NOT bored. Not even close.
Being at is hard. There is a lot of pressure to have everything be “perfect”. Perfect meals prepared, perfectly clean house, perfect days planned.
Some days, I put that pressure on myself. Other days, I nanny. I try to keep my house together AND another house together.
And in my spare time (🙄)- I am helping to open up another school. It’s a job that I waited for an ENTIRE year (+) for. The fact that it is finally coming to fruition is pretty surreal and very exciting.
So basically, I don’t post as much right now because I am actually trying to live my healthiest and best life. 😄

PJ and I are both thanking our lucky ✨stars✨ that I decided to get back into this week.
I woke up late (😳) this morning and it was a mad dash out the door.
Luckily, I was able to just pull my ready made containers of food and throw them into a bag while running out. 😅 Without then, we would’ve missed breakfast, lunch, and the many snacks in between!
Big plus that is one of PJ’s fave foods right now!

Favorite fruit- cherries! 🍒🍒🍒🍒
What’s your favorite fruit??
The first few times that PJ tried cherries her skin would break out in hives. 😳 She didn’t seem bothered by them, so I wasn’t too worried about how she was feeling but I kept thinking of all the things she would miss out on (mainly cherry pie 🥧 😝.)
We kept having her try them in small doses and now she’s a cherry lover too! No more hives and all the goodness!
Are their any allergies that you’ve overcome? PJ’s was cherries and mine was dairy.

W E D N E S D A Y
I’ve been feeling tired and lazy these past few days. I’m a very goal oriented, to-do list, kind of person and last week I was able to check quite a few things off my list. 💥
But it left me feeling drained this week. It’s important to take time for rest, but also not to get stuck in a rut. 🤷🏼‍♀️
So here’s to setting new goals and intentions (and to not getting stuck in a rut)!
