TAKIN’ CARE OF BUSINESS: our lovely patient had her implants for 20 years but felt they didn’t fill her out anymore. She also had some excess skin along the bottom. We performed a revision with slightly larger implants of a different profile AND reinforced the bottom breast fold. The change is 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. Remember, breast revisions aren’t always the easiest but with careful planning, they can be performed safely and with great results!!!

👙🎽👗1 YEAR POSTOP: Our lovely patient underwent the 24 hour recovery breast augmentation AND peri-areolar lift 1 year ago. The result? Simply AMAZING! Notice that her constricted lower left breast base has been corrected, along with the double fold. And, she now has breast volume so she can wear tank tops and strapless dresses with confidence and without a bra! We couldn’t be happier for her 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

OUT of TOWN patients: Loving our patient’s results 6 months after undergoing the 24 hour recovery breast augmentation procedure. This patient was a difficult case, given that she had very little native breast tissue and little breast definition. But, we were able to give her a natural appearing breast with the optimal volume for her body frame by using our 24 hour recovery breast augmentation technique. MONDAY MOTIVATION: Our 65 year old patient simply wanted her implants to sit perky and not feel heavy. After 20 years, she could tell the implants had fallen and were starting to become uncomfortable. So, we performed a breast revision with slightly different implants (size and profile) AND a reinforcement of the IMF (bottom breast fold). The result… aka pure perfection! Dr. Farah Naz Khan is a board certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon practicing in Dallas, Texas. She performs a full range of cosmetic procedures, including 24 hr. recovery breast augmentation, mommy makeovers, body contouring, post massive weight loss surgery, and facial surgery. She also offers the full spectrum of noninvasive, cosmetic services, including Botox, Kybella, Restylane facial fillers, PRP therapy for hair loss/skin rejuvenation, Bellafill for acne scar treatment, Venus Viva RF for facial resurfacing, and Venus Legacy RF for skin tightening/cellulite reduction.

Ultimately, Dr. Khan believes that it is an honor and a privilege to be a plastic surgeon. “I am truly blessed to have found such a wonderful career. Every day, I am inspired by my colleagues and patients to give 110% to whatever I pursue. Dr. Khan strives to provide her patients with the safest and most up to date surgical technique. She regularly attends national Plastic Surgery meetings and is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons.You will find her to be compassionate and understanding with an eye for detail. Dr. Khan will take as much time as you need to educate you on all aspects of a surgical procedure including benefits, risks, and complications. She knows that every patient is unique and has their own needs and will work with you to determine what is best for you!
