2 YEAR POST OP: WOW! Our patient looks AMAZING 2 years after undergoing the 24 hour recovery breast augmentation procedure. Remember, when implants are properly sized for the breast pocket, the result is the most naturally appearing enhancement. And over time, the amazing results are maintained which is the key to a successful breast augmentation. Our patient obviously LOVES her look and so do we ❤️

BREAST REVISION: Often, it’s subtle. Our lovely patient had her saline implants for 20 years and felt they had lost their upper pole fullness and just didn’t fit her well anymore. She didn’t want any additional scars (meaning no lift) and wanted to be about the same size so we opted to exchange her implants for slightly larger silicone implants with a different projection and more cohesive nature. The results speak for themselves! Notice the bottom photos show more upper pole fullness and a nice teardrop shape (gradual transition from chest to breast). Our patient is ecstatic with these results and we couldn’t be happier for her!! Remember, breast revision surgery is all about customizing a surgical plan and choosing the correct implants to help your patients get the results they want. EXPLANTATION w/CAPSULECTOMY: Our lovely patient had developed a severe capsular contracture after undergoing a subglandular (on top of muscle) breast augmentation 12 years ago by another surgeon. In fact, she had severe pain due to the hardness of the implants and was also bothered by the obvious deformity. Her breast tissues were quite thin which made this case all the more challenging. After only 6 weeks, however, her tissues have already started to settle and her breasts have assumed a natural tear drop shape. And the best part is her breasts are SOFT and there is no contour deformity that is often seen after removal of implants with capsulectomy. This patient asked me why she got such a great result compared to others she had seen online and the answer is because we removed the hardened capsule and implant in one piece while leaving behind the normal tissue. Often, when too much normal tissue is removed along with the implant and capsule, the breasts will indent and have soft tissue deformities. So, if you are experiencing capsular contracture and want removal of the implants/capsule but also, the best possible aesthetic result, don’t be deterred! It is possible!!!

6 WEEKS POSTOP: Our lovely patient (who happens to be a mother of two young kids) underwent a mommy makeover consisting of a breast reduction and a full tummy tuck with muscle repair. She’s already amazed at how great she looks only 6 weeks postop…just imagine how AMAZING she’ll look when she’s fully healed!!! Her tummy is already flat and her ab definition is starting to peek through. We’re sure our patient already has some 👙🏝️🍹days planned for this summer 🙌🏽 (with the kiddos and hubby of course!)

POST TUMMY TUCK LIPO: Our lovely patient had undergone a tummy tuck a couple of years ago but still had some extra fat on her tummy and flanks that she could easily pinch. She also had “dog-ears” at the ends of her tummy tuck incision, and the incision created a “step-off”, or harsh transition from the abdomen to her hips. Notice that after she underwent liposculpting, her tummy tuck incision now lays flat (so you don’t really see it!) and she has less overall fat in the central abdomen and the sides/flanks region (she can’t pinch any fat). She is already thrilled with her results and can’t wait to show off her new figure in her 👙!! TUESDAY TRANSFORMATION: WOW! Look at our patient only 7 WEEKS after undergoing a breast reduction. She looks and feels AMAZING. She’s now going to start using her scar therapy kit so her scars look their best. Remember, scars take a good year to mature but they have already gotten lighter. Can’t wait to post her photos in several months when she looks even better!!!

A TIMELINE of A SCAR: Our lovely patient underwent a breast lift 2 years ago. Notice that at 6 weeks, her vertical scar was the reddest. By 6 months, the redness was dissipating and by 2 years, the scar is barely there. How does this happen? Time AND effective scar therapy. In this case, our patient used silicone strips/gel AND underwent treatments with Venus Viva Radiofrequency/Microneedling and IPL. The results speak for themselves. So my advice to you if you’re worried about scarring…give it time AND utilize the recommend scar treatment therapies. You won’t be disappointed!!!

TEAMWORK: Makes the dream work!! So thankful and appreciative of my team! We all have a role to fulfill, from the minute we meet a patient to the day of surgery to our last follow up. And when we team up with , even more work has to be done to help coordinate multiple surgeries between two offices in a seamless manner. HOW TO MAKE A NATURALAPPEARING BELLY BUTTON: The key is to make the scar low (or deep) enough within the belly button so when the belly button heals, the scar isn't visible. I also prefer to give my patients more of an "innie" which is achieved by the way I suture the belly button to the surrounding tissues. Remember, the belly button is key to getting a great tummy tuck result!

PROGRESSION of a BREAST REDUCTION: Notice that not only is she smaller, but her breasts are perkier. Remember, a breast reduction includes a breast lift so you basically get a 2 for 1!! Can’t wait to post her before/afters in several months
