8 YEAR UPDATE: This lovely patient underwent the 24 hour recovery breast augmentation 8 years ago. Since then, she’s had a baby and she breast-fed her baby for 1.5 years! She has now returned to her pre-pregnancy weight and came in recently for a follow up.

During pregnancy and breast feeding, breast tissues stretch out and often, it can be difficult to predict how a patient’s tissues will settle out afterwards. However, when implants are optimally sized for a patient’s breast pocket (i.e. the 24 hour recovery breast augmentation), you will notice the tissues settle quite well! Our patient is still in LOVE with her breast augmentation results and so are we 🙌🏽

🪞MIRROR MIRROR: Our lovely patient presented with very little breast tissue and poorly defined breast folds. She wanted to have a more feminine shape so we decided on the 24 hour recovery breast augmentation with perfectly sized silicone implants for her. The result? Perfection!!! And yes, she’s still healing so her implants will drop and fluff a bit more and her scars will lighten over the next several months (her scars are more visible because she had no breast folds). She has already started using so her scars can look their very best!

ANOTHER ONE FOR THE BOOKS! Our lovely patient underwent the 24 hour recovery breast augmentation 6 months ago. Since then, she has lost ~30 lbs. The end result?!? Simply AMAZING!!! 20 YEAR OLD IMPLANTs: When the implants don’t fill you out and feel heavy, it’s definitely time for a change! Our lovely patient is LOVING her new look…her implants are centered and fill her out and don’t feel as heavy after we exchanged the implants and repaired the breast fold and performed a peri-areolar lift. Remember, it can be daunting to undergo a revision but in the end, it’s worth it!!!

Dr. Farah Naz Khan is a board certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon practicing in Dallas, Texas. She performs a full range of cosmetic procedures, including 24 hr. recovery breast augmentation, mommy makeovers, body contouring, post massive weight loss surgery, and facial surgery. She also offers the full spectrum of noninvasive, cosmetic services, including Botox, Kybella, Restylane facial fillers, PRP therapy for hair loss/skin rejuvenation, Bellafill for acne scar treatment, Venus Viva RF for facial resurfacing, and Venus Legacy RF for skin tightening/cellulite reduction.
