cracked ni***es are no joke.
and they can make an already tender season feel overwhelming.

this spray has been one of those small but mighty postpartum tools—cooling, soothing, and easy to use between feeds without adding another step to your day.

✨ tip: spray after a feed and let them air dry before covering back up — that little pause can make a big difference.

no rinsing. no fuss. just relief when you need it most.

if you’re breastfeeding (or preparing to), this is one to have on hand.

one of my favorite breastfeeding tools 🤍
the la vie breast massager

this little tool can make a big difference when feeding or pumping feels uncomfortable or frustrating.

✨ benefits:
• helps relieve clogged ducts
• encourages milk flow + letdown
• supports more efficient pumping
• reduces breast tenderness + fullness

✨ how to use it:
• during pumping to stimulate flow
• before feeds to soften the breast
• gently massage areas that feel firm or sore
• great for early postpartum and ongoing support

if you’re experiencing frequent engorgement, that’s a sign to reach out to a lactation consultant for personalized support—you don’t have to figure this out alone.

dates are a beautiful supportive tool in pregnancy — rich in fiber, gentle on digestion, and shown in some studies to help the cervix ripen more efficiently near the end of pregnancy.

but here’s the thing mama…
you don’t have to force yourself to eat them, and you don’t have to feel guilty if you forget.

your labor won’t suddenly stall because you didn’t eat six dates a day.
your body is still wise.
God is still faithful.
and your birth story will unfold in His timing — not in whether you checked every “prep” box.

so enjoy them if you want. blend them, snack on them, bake with them — or skip them altogether.
your peace matters more than any checklist.

if you’re craving clarity for your birth, thank you for watching — and come book a Birth Planning Session with me. we’ll walk through your preferences, your values, and the faith-filled support you need to enter labor with calm confidence. 🤍

so many first-time moms tense up as the contraction rises —
not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because intensity
naturally makes us want to tighten.

but when tension meets the peak, it slows things down.
when breath meets the peak?
your body opens.
your baby moves.
your mind steadies.

birth was designed to be worked with, not fought against.
one breath at a time. one release at a time.

if you want a clear starting point for understanding your options
and creating a plan that brings peace + direction,
a birth planning session is the perfect first step.

and if you’re wanting full preparation from labor through early postpartum,
my virtual Pathway to Parenthood program is where we do the deeper work —
breathing, labor skills, partner support, breastfeeding foundations,
postpartum rhythm, and everything in between.

so many mamas hear about evening primrose oil because they’re hoping for a “faster labor.” but when we chase fast, we miss what our bodies are actually preparing to do — slowly, wisely, and on God’s timing.

evening primrose oil isn’t a magic button for speed…
but it can support your cervix in gentle, natural ways:
• helping the cervix soften (ripen)
• improving elasticity
• supporting the body’s own hormones
• preparing tissues so labor feels more manageable and less tense

it’s more about readiness than rushing.

when your body is softened, supported, and allowed to open at its own pace, labor often feels smoother and more efficient — not necessarily “short,” but more cooperative.
the kind of birth where you can breathe, release, and trust the One who designed this whole process.

if you want to prepare for an unmedicated, faith-filled birth in a safe, informed way, i’d love to walk with you.

i used to pray for a fast birth, thinking it would make everything easier.
but i didn’t realize that when you’re focused on speed,
you’re actually running from the process
instead of leaning into it.

and leaning in is where the power is.
that’s where preparation, mindset, and trust begin to carry you.

birth isn’t about rushing through —
it’s about understanding your body,
adapting with confidence,
and trusting the process God designed.

hey mama,
before you reach for raspberry leaf tea thinking it’ll start labor…
here’s the truth. 🤎

it doesn’t induce labor.
it gently strengthens and tones the uterine muscle
so when labor begins naturally,
your contractions can work smoother, steadier, and more effectively.

and the benefits go beyond that —
it may support postpartum recovery, reduce cramping,
and even help your uterus contract more efficiently during labor.
(i recommend it for labor too for that reason.)

the taste? earthy… kind of like a mild black tea.
a little honey or agave makes it softer and sweeter
if herbal teas aren’t your favorite.

sip it slow, trust your body,
and rest in the timing of the One who designed this whole process.
for more peaceful pregnancy + birth support,
i’m here . 🤍

so many moms pray for a fast labor…
not because faster is better,
but because faster sounds easier.

but here’s the truth:
a labor can be “slow” and still holy, peaceful, and purposeful.
speed has nothing to do with God’s presence.

sometimes the most powerful births
are the ones that unfold gently —
wave by wave, hour by hour,
as your body and baby work together in perfect timing.

a progressive labor doesn’t have to be dramatic to be effective.
it doesn’t have to be quick to be peaceful.
it doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s story to be sacred. 🤍

breathe. trust. settle into the pace God sets for your birth.
peace isn’t found in the speed —
it’s found in the surrender.

✨ if you’re preparing for a calm, faith-filled birth,
