My humorous signature talk, "Life in the Stressed Lane," pulls back the curtain on the burnout epidemic, offering businesses a roadmap to transition from frantic survival to sustainable success. I blend raw personal insight with tactical frameworks to prove that peak performance doesn’t have to come at the cost of your well-being. 3 Ways to Reclaim Your Balance Today:
1. The "90-Minute Sprint" Rule: Our brains aren't wired for eight hours of linear focus. Work in 90-minute high-intensity intervals followed by a 5-minute total disconnect (no screens!) to prevent cognitive fatigue.
2. Audit Your "Open Tabs": Just like a slow computer, mental burnout often comes from too many "open tabs." At the end of each day, write down the top three priorities for tomorrow to physically offload that mental bandwidth and protect your evening rest.
3. Practice "Micro-Restorations": You don't need a week in the tropics to reset. Use box breathing (inhale 4s, hold 4s, exhale 4s, hold 4s) between meetings to instantly lower your cortisol levels and shift your nervous system out of "fight or flight" mode.

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY - National Walking Day

Today is National Walking Day and it encourages us all, of all ages, to get out and stretch their legs and get their hearts pumping. The American Heart Association sponsors this day to remind people about the health benefits of taking a walk. Wear your sneakers (or take them with you) to work, and at some point in the day, take a 30-minute walk.

Health benefits include:
- Improved cardiovascular health
- Maintaining a healthy weight
- Improved flexibility in joints

It gives your eye muscles a necessary rest and provides a micro-moment of mindfulness to help you refocus for the hour ahead.
