Certified by The Texas Organization of Residential Care Homes to build and manage a Licensed "B" Small Residential Care Home, PBH Residential Care Homes Co-Owners David and Terri Green, along with their son and seasoned architectural designer and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Jeffrey Green,

are fulfilling a desire to provide a safe, loving and “current” alternative for senior citizens who require 24-hour care. The Greens have been updating and renovating homes around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for many years, using the highest quality design tools and construction materials – all at an affordable rate for both the company and the future residents. In recent years, the family has experienced the struggles and issues that their aging family and friends encounter with long-term, assisted-living facilities. They’ve noticed a decline in individual resident care, as well as overall facilities maintenance and design. Likewise, they recognize the struggle that the younger generation has in choosing the perfect care home for their loved ones. Through those experiences, they decided to build and provide an alternative to some DFW area seniors – a safe, loving and “current” home where residents can retain their dignity as they move and live comfortably with 24-hour care. The Greens approach the renovation of a PBH Residential Care Home with the same high-quality standards and visionary design they’ve used for years. That includes David’s vast years of experience in home construction, Jeff’s pulse on the latest trends in home architecture and Terri’s natural eye for interior design. Combining those refined skills with their first-hand experience of realizing the various necessities of elderly residents, the Greens strive to produce a high-quality, well-manicured and maintained, and fully-licensed aging-in-place home for six “young-at-heart” residents that are active yet still need full-time care. Unlike many elderly care homes, the interior and exterior of a PBH Residential Care Home is remodeled and built specifically to meet the everyday needs of its residents. This may mean wider doorways for easier mobility, an open floor plan that prospers a family-type atmosphere, eco-friendly and energy-efficient windows and appliances and anti-glare flooring that’s easier on the eyes. In addition, the Greens take great pride in the interior design and décor of the home. They want their residents living in an updated, current and beautiful living space that they would be proud to call “home.”
