📣 Who wants a Chamber formation update!?

🐝 We have been busy bees getting things in motion over here. I’ve been wanting to post an update but haven’t had the chance to fully sit down and write it out!

😬 So today is the day I have time to update you … about the update that’ll be posted on Monday- 7/21 !

What to eat to support muscle growth and fat loss?

Thats the hardest piece for me, personally. I’ll give the short answer here.

Prioritize protein. Aim for your *ideal* bodyweight in grams of protein. If you weigh 150lbs right now but your goal is 130lbs, eat 130g of protein.

That’s easier said than done. I would suggest start tracking protein intake and do your best to get closer to that goal every day. Keep quality protein snacks/meals on hand so it’s ready when you’re hungry.

Good sources of protein (of course this will depend on your dietary preferences, for example, my kids hate everything I cook for them):

-Meat: beef, chicken, fish, turkey, etc.
-Greek yogurt
-Good quality protein powder
-Cottage cheese
-Eggs
-Beef jerky
-Pork rinds (this is a good one if you’re craving something like chips)

This lady above my head invited me to a Table Talk event at Eden & Eve last minute. I almost said no because I was already committed to being a hermit at home but I said YES and I’m so glad I did! Otherwise we wouldn’t have these amazing pictures.

We literally walked in to the photo booth area and, with zero words spoken, got into this pose. Kate Marie Gardner Photography & Design did a beautiful job capturing and editing these photos 💛

I love that I get to do this for “work”. I genuinely enjoy my clients and the time spent with them 💕

We're getting closer to the start of Backyard Bootcamp!

There are a couple of spots left and I think maybe the original flyer was a little intimidating. So here's the new and improved flyer. So happy! Much joy!

Step out of your comfort zone! Nothing worth having ever came from a place of comfort. This will be tough but it will be fun and immensely rewarding. Your current fitness level DOES NOT MATTER!

This bootcamp is taking place at my home in my backyard. I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I provide all the equipment. The only thing you need to bring is water, a willingness to kick ass, and a sense of humor. Because if you don't laugh, you'll cry 😆

✨Details✨
My house is right on the border of Waxahachie and Maypearl.
45 minute workouts every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5am, rain or shine.
October 7th-November 15th
$300 for the program, includes 18 total group workouts, weekly one-on-one check-ins, a cute little welcome bag, nutrition advice and accountability, a fun group atmosphere where you'll laugh, curse my name and make new friends.

Starting in October...Backyard Bootcamp! The kids are back in school, the heat is subsiding, and the holidays are looming! Let's set you up with healthy habits before heading into winter.

I'm looking for 6 people in or around the Waxahachie area, men and women of all fitness levels, who are committed to making big changes.

What you'll get:
💥High-Intensity Workouts: Three weekly workouts designed to push your limits and help you achieve real results.
💥Coaching From a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach: I'll be there to guide you every step of the way. Working out is only one piece of the fitness puzzle. We'll be diving into nutrition and mindset as well.
💥All Fitness Levels Welcome: Whether you're a beginner or a fitness pro, this bootcamp is tailored to challenge and motivate you.
💥Community Vibes: Train alongside others who share your passion for fitness and well-being.
💥Beautiful Outdoor Setting: Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine while you sweat it out!

Workouts will be held in my backyard Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 AM. The cost is $300 per person for the entire 6 weeks.

Been waiting for the day when one of my girls asks to workout with me. She wants to level up in volleyball so she got up to put in the work at 5am.

I tried not to act too excited about it…it’s like dealing with a baby deer. Didn’t want to scare her away with my enthusiasm 😅
