The Flower Mound Senior Center is one of the best in the nation, and we are proud to be a part of it.

Bill has been a committed member of the Flower Mound New Century Lions Club for the past 8 years. Throughout his time, he has served on the Board of Directors for Lions Club Sight Restoration, is a Past President, and currently serves as Vision Assistance Chairman. ✨

With over 10 years of healthcare experience across surgery centers, clinics, and hospitals, Austin brings a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for building strong teams and a positive, resident-centered culture.

As a servant leader, he believes great care starts with great people. His goal is to create a warm, homelike environment where residents feel comfortable and families feel confident every step of the way.

Austin is especially focused on strengthening communication and connection with our families and the community—because at Cross Timbers, it’s all about care that feels like home.

After coming to us following a long hospital stay, Mr. Garces faced challenges with mobility, strength, and independence. Through dedication, hard work, and the support of our skilled rehab team, he made incredible progress every single day.

From taking those first careful steps to regaining confidence and independence, his journey has been nothing short of inspiring.

Now, he’s headed home stronger, safer, and ready for his next chapter! 👏

Our residents enjoyed a fun outing with lunch at Rosa’s Cafe, followed by sweet treats for Free Cone Day at Dairy Queen—then wrapped it all up with a lively game of Music Bingo! And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better… the Easter Bunny made a special visit! 🐣💐

Mr. Harrison came to Cross Timbers following a recent hospitalization with increased weakness and decreased endurance. For someone who is still working and living an active lifestyle, this was a difficult setback.

Through his grit, determination, and commitment to therapy, he made incredible progress and is now returning home walking with just a cane. 👏

We are so proud of you, Mr. Harrison! You will be greatly missed. Wishing you all the best from your Cross Timbers Rehab Team 💙
