Protein Dessert Hack!!! 🍋☁️
Mix 1 cup light Cool Whip with ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, and zest of half a lemon. Whip it until smooth and creamy, then pop it in the freezer for 30–45 minutes!!
Mine came out like a fluffy lemon cheesecake soft-serve ice cream 💛🍦 So creamy and thick it literally feels illegal.
I topped it with a little extra lemon zest because it makes it look fancy but it’s still totally high-protein and guilt-free.
½ of the tub = creamy, sweet-tangy, and 40g protein 😌💪
