I've been dying to try this and I love this dessert! Hopefully you would like it too.

Steps: 2 apples chopped, 1 can of crushed pineapple drained, 1 box sugar free cheesecake pudding, 32 oz plain Greek yogurt. Mix together! This makes about 6 huge servings at 1 point a serving!

Coconut Berry Protein Mousse

One taste and you’ll swear this should be illegal for how good it is. Whisk vanilla protein yogurt with a splash of sugar-free coconut syrup and fold in a spoon of cottage cheese for a thicker, mousse-like texture. Please tell me I’m not the only one OBSESSED with these grapes! I literally buy two containers twice a week sometimes (I have no kids btw lol).They’re always so big and have the perfect crunch!! I believe they may be seasonal. Sometimes they have them, sometimes they don’t. I tell my spouse that’s why I get them so much!

1 block cream cheese

1 package sugar free pudding (I use cheesecake or vanilla. Chocolate works too!)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup water

Blend all ingredients together for several minutes. I use a hand mixer. Add the water in slowly, or it splashes everywhere.

I divide it among 6 dessert cups. Less than 4 carbs each! Add redi whip and a chopped strawberry for an extra 2 carbs. (Worth it, because the sweetness cuts down the richness of the dessert.)

SO GOOD.

This Banana Pudding Tres Leches I made is SO good!

Cake:
1 large banana
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/3 c butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 box yellow cake mix
Vanilla wafers

Tres Leches:
1 cup milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Frosting:
1 small box instant banana pudding
1 1/2 c milk
6oz cool whip or whipped cream

Directions:
Mash banana in a large bowl. Add vanilla, eggs, milk, and butter. Mix until well combined. Pour in cake mix and mix until it just comes together. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a well greased 9x13 and top with a layer of vanilla wafers. Pour over the rest of the batter careful not to disturb the wafers.

Bake at 350° F 30-35 min or until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool completely

Mix together all the tres leches ingredients. Poke your cake with a fork and slowly pour your milk over the top, giving it time absorb. It may seem like too much milk, but it’s not, pour it all in!

Place cake in the fridge overnight.

Next day whisk together the banana pudding mix with 1 1/2 c milk for about 2 minutes, or until it thickens. Fold in the whipped cream and place in the fridge 5-10 minutes to firm up a bit. Then spread it all over your cake.

Optional, but you can break up some more vanilla wafers and sprinkle over the top along with banana slices. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

Whoever posted the blueberry cream cheese loaf recipe in here the other day…..THANK YOU!!!!! I’ve died and gone to heaven!!!🥳

Ingredients
* 100 g active sourdough starter
* 440 g all-purpose flour
* 260 g water
* 6 g salt
* 1+ cup blueberries
* 8 oz+ cream cheese (cubed)

Instructions (Short)
1. Mix Dough
* Mix starter, water, flour, and salt.
* Cover and rest 30 min.
2. Stretch & Fold
* Stretch and fold all around until dough tightens.
* Rest 30 min, repeat once.
* Cover and bulk ferment ~12 hours until nearly doubled.
3. Add Filling & Shape
* Turn dough out, gently flatten into a loose square.
* Add cream cheese cubes + blueberries.
* Fold all sides in to enclose filling.
* Flip and shape into a round loaf.
* Place in floured banneton, cover, and refrigerate ~12 hours.
4. Score & Bake
* Preheat Dutch oven to 450°F.
* Put dough in freezer 10 min to firm up.
* Flip onto parchment, flour, score.
* Bake 30 min lid on, then 20 min lid off.
5. Cool
* Cool on rack 1+ hour before slicing.
