Protein Dessert Hack!!! 🍋☁️
Mix 1 cup light Cool Whip with ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, and zest of half a lemon. Whip it until smooth and creamy, then pop it in the freezer for 30–45 minutes!!
Mine came out like a fluffy lemon cheesecake soft-serve ice cream 💛🍦 So creamy and thick it literally feels illegal.
I topped it with a little extra lemon zest because it makes it look fancy but it’s still totally high-protein and guilt-free.
½ of the tub = creamy, sweet-tangy, and 40g protein 😌💪

Protein dessert hack!!! ☕🍫
Mix 1 cup light Cool Whip with ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp instant espresso (dissolved in a tiny splash of warm water), and 1 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix. Whip it until thick and smooth and pop it in the fridge or freezer for 30–45 minutes!!
Mine came out like a creamy mocha mousse straight from a café but high-protein and guilt-free 🤎
I sprinkled a little cocoa powder and crushed coffee beans on top because it makes it feel fancy and dramatic.
½ the tub = rich, chocolatey, espresso kick and about 40g protein 💪✨

Dessert hack!!! 🍓🫐

Mix 1 container of sugar-free Cool Whip with 1 box of sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix and ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt. Fold in ½ cup chopped strawberries and ½ cup blueberries, then stir in a couple spoonfuls of high-protein granola for that crunch. Pop it in the freezer!!

Mine came out like a creamy berry cheesecake ice cream with little crunchy bites mixed in 💗

I sprinkled a few extra berries and granola on top — because it looks bakery-level but it’s still totally protein-packed and guilt-free.

6 Tbsp serving = creamy, crunchy, sweet-tangy, and protein-friendly! 💪

NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE ENERGY BALLS 🍫🏃‍♀️

Running makes me SO hungry… so instead of raiding the biscuit tin, I make these.
Naturally sweetened, nutrient-dense, fudgy, and dipped in dark chocolate (optional but elite).

Makes 20 balls

1️⃣ BASE

200g medjool dates
200g mixed nuts
6 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp tahini (or nut butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract

2️⃣ CHOCOLATE COATING (Optional but recommended)
100g dark chocolate
Reserved crushed nuts (from above)
Crushed freeze-dried raspberries (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak 200g medjool dates in boiled water for 10 minutes.
Crush 200g mixed nuts into varying sizes (save some for topping).
Drain dates. Add to food processor with crushed nuts. Blend to a crumbly mixture.
Add cocoa powder, tahini, and vanilla. Blend again until mixture sticks together.
Roll into 20 balls (about table tennis ball size).
Chill for 30 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate, dip each ball fully, sprinkle reserved nuts + raspberries.
Refrigerate until chocolate sets.

Chocolate peanut butter dessert straight out of the tub — creamy, rich, and loaded with melty chocolate chips and peanut butter drizzle. It tastes like a cheat meal but takes minutes to make. Dangerous? Absolutely. Worth it? Every single bite. 🍫🥜
