Whoever posted the blueberry cream cheese loaf recipe in here the other day…..THANK YOU!!!!! I’ve died and gone to heaven!!!🥳
Ingredients
* 100 g active sourdough starter
* 440 g all-purpose flour
* 260 g water
* 6 g salt
* 1+ cup blueberries
* 8 oz+ cream cheese (cubed)
Instructions (Short)
1. Mix Dough
* Mix starter, water, flour, and salt.
* Cover and rest 30 min.
2. Stretch & Fold
* Stretch and fold all around until dough tightens.
* Rest 30 min, repeat once.
* Cover and bulk ferment ~12 hours until nearly doubled.
3. Add Filling & Shape
* Turn dough out, gently flatten into a loose square.
* Add cream cheese cubes + blueberries.
* Fold all sides in to enclose filling.
* Flip and shape into a round loaf.
* Place in floured banneton, cover, and refrigerate ~12 hours.
4. Score & Bake
* Preheat Dutch oven to 450°F.
* Put dough in freezer 10 min to firm up.
* Flip onto parchment, flour, score.
* Bake 30 min lid on, then 20 min lid off.
5. Cool
* Cool on rack 1+ hour before slicing.
