As a Nurse Scientist at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Rachel is dedicated to research that aims to improve women's experiences with ovarian cancer and promote equity in cancer treatment. Though her work keeps her extremely busy, she still finds the time to volunteer with NOCC's New England region to spread early awareness about the disease, provide quality of life for our teal community, and support our Together in Teal efforts.

Jennifer Hernandez is a physician assistant with Northwell Health at the Monter Cancer Center in New Hyde Park, NY. Jennifer has been a lifeline to many of her patients. When COVID-19 struck, Jenny continued to provide optimal care and support for her patients under the most trying circumstances.
