My wife and I want to thank Ms. Stacy from Services, LLC for helping us solve some billing issues in a prompt manner. She was outstanding and professional. 😊
Please do not respond to my review with your uncaring copy paste explanation!
Was sent to collections by this company for a bill of $75. Never reached out or sent me a bill, not ever. From previous reviews, they enjoy this practice. No idea what this charge is for as I always pay my medical bills with no issue.
Again ProPath, please do not respond to my review with your copy paste explanation. There are so many reviews with the same issue I am having. Your copy-paste responses very much highlight the fact this is something in your company that is intrinsically broken and you do not wish to fix. People are not doing their jobs at your company ProPath, the proof is the many reviews on this thread!
Advice to company: make sure you contact people correctly before ruining their credit for minimal charges. Hire people that can pick up a phone and send bills properly. I will be reaching out to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission about this company's practice if not resolved ASAP.
I Will not be using your company again, but actually...I don't think I ever did....no idea what this bill is for because of course nobody bothered to contact me...but apparently they could be bothered to ruin my credit.
Was sent to collections by this company for a bill of $75. hey never even reached out or sent me a bill. Seems like a very terrible company that does this often. No idea what this charge is for as I always pay my medical bills with no
issue.

I've had very, very poor customer service with this company. At least a few of their billing staff are incompetent and can't think outside the box. In late April 2018, Propath submitted an insurance claim for a pap smear test. It was rejected, I learned 4 months later, because of my marriage and new last name. I learned about the $235 owed when a collection agency called! I thought I held Propath's hand in resubmitting with my married name and I was told that it was handled. So, yesterday (Jan. 16th) I checked my credit report and learned that this $235 is part of my credit report and a big fat negative on my history. I just spend 45 minutes on the phone with my insurance company who is intervening with Propath and my doctor to get Propath to fix their ridiculous error. I am very angry at how incompetence can so negatively affect us. I'll find a new doctor so I don't have to deal with Propath again. Now I have to spend more of my time with the collection agency to clear this from my report.
