Restorative yoga is a lovely, gentle practice that offers a slower, meditative approach. Grounded postures are held longer to nourish us, and this specific practice will allow access to our centers of energy.
In this workshop with Diana Tennant, each posture is accompanied by therapeutic sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls and many other expressions of sound. Each sound, and posture correspond to the 7 main energy centers of the body known as the chakras.
