If you don’t think of as a superfood, think again. Adults eating at least 25 servings yearly had a remarkable 30% lower risk for lung according to a study out of South America. Yes, peaches are rich sources of cancer-fighting antioxidants like vitamin C, beta-cryptoxanthin, chlorogenic acid and quercetin. But they’ve also got substantial amounts of healthy . That might be key because the same study also found that people getting the most fruit-derived glutathione had 50% less risk for lung cancer. Peaches are delicious with yogurt, granola, in salad and add a great taste to smoothies.
