✨SUCCESS is when PREPARATION meets OPPORTUNITY! ✨

Sometimes being prepared can get overwhelming. But in the end, its pays to put in the work ahead of time. I know my life runs smoother when I have most of my meals and snacks prepped for the week. My work day starts at 5 AM and doesn’t end until 5 PM. If I’m coaching, its later than that. So I need everything laid out in order to fuel myself and the kids for success.

Otherwise, I spend unnecessary money and make bad choices in the moment. It also saves time on the day of! Just grab and go!

So what are a few things I prep…

*Steak or chicken salad
(I added black beans, corn and avocado🤤for a Southwest taste! )
*Scramble eggs with ground turkey or beef
*Sliced apples
*Cut up strawberry
*Boiled eggs
*Pre make snack bags for the kids
-pretzels
-veggie straws
-gold fish
-beef jerky
-almonds and pistachios
*Vitamins
*Smoothie bags

See what works for you! I definitely am less stressed when the kids and I are hungry and have our staples on hand.

Perfect breakfast to fuel your body!

*2 scrambled eggs = 12 grams of protein
*1/2 Avocado = 8 grams fat (Healthy fats!) & 2 grams of protein!
*Glass of lemon water 🍋

My muscles and brain are fueled for my morning workout. 💪🏼

Healthy eating is a lot easier than we make it. This beautiful Earth provides what we need naturally. 🌎🌱

Everytime you sit down to eat make sure you have a protein source! Then add a complex carbohydrate like a serving of a fruit or veggie. And/or a serving of a healthy fat!

Your personal goals determine how much of each you need. Half your body weight in grams of protein is a good place to start. This will help build more muscle which in turn will increase your metabolism that will then allow you to burn more calories a day! 👩🏼‍🏫

This moment brings so much joy to my heart. Siblings at their beat, for a little bit. And this is life. Add my love for paddle boarding and how they’ve naturally taken it on for themselves. Bring on the sun and warmer weather! 🌞

What’s your favorite summertime hobby? I love to any chance I get. Paddle out to the middle of the lake, under the sun with a gentle breeze. Sounds like a song! Feels like a dream. ✨

Have you ever tried a yoga flow on the paddle board? Now that’s a balance challenge you want to win. I paddle out behind the trees so people cant see me incase I lose that battle! 😅

It’s important, as we get older, to continue to challenge ourselves; physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Failing is inevitable. But that’s where the growth occurs. Get out there and fail. In the end, you’re always the winner because you had the guts to show up in the first place!

So what will you take a risk on? Believe in yourself. Stay focused on the prize. Tune out the negativity and naysayers. You do you.

Phenomenal start to a new journey.

In the depths, life is abundant and full. Trust, resilience, honesty, compassion, hope and love all reside in the deepest parts of ourselves. To find this part of ourselves and others, we must dive deep into conversations, have encounters that produce growth, and sit in discomfort with each other. There is a level of comfort that only depth can create.
