Chris Hart Personal Trainer and Bodybuilder Health, fitness, flexibility, strength, coordination, conditioning and nutrition is what we do. I have a degree in Kinesiology and I love what I do.

I have been a personal trainer for 12 years and have been competing for 6 years. I have NASM-CPT , CES, PES, certifications and I have studied nutrition and pride myself in building meal plans to reach any goals.

I’ve noticed that people are Workingout less since Covid-19. I can’t speak for other gyms but I know Trophy Fitness is the cleanest place to be. We have everyone cleaning before and after they touch equipment. We are wearing mask and keeping a sake distance between members. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are located in multiple areas. We even have a private studio that only one member and trainer can be at one time.
Staying fit is important when dealing with Covid, or any sickness. The healthier you are the better your immune system. Eat healthy, be responsible, and pray daily. We are more than just physical beings, we are spiritual beings. So staying positive; let’s not feed our minds with fear but of love, strength and a sound mind!

Well it’s a new year and decade! Transform your mind and see your body follow. The way we think can change the way we feel and the way we look. Focus your mind on your goals and eat the right foods at the right amounts. Gods word says renew your mind daily and that also works with fitness goals. Focus on what Gods word says about you. 2 Timothy 1:7 For the spirit God have us does not make us timid but gives us power, love and self discipline. Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the patterns of this word but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Put God first, write down your goals and believe He has given you everything you need to accomplish them. Let’s get to the gym and show those weights who’s we are!
