A Better Approach, LLC was founded by Lisha Gillespie in 2017. At the time, having a 7-year daughter with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, and 5 years of intense therapy under her belt, many obstacles, challenges, and hardships were faced. Lisha knew a more personal and collaborative approach was possible. It was then that she envisioned her daughter and other children receiving the best care that AB

A therapy and the DFW area could possibly offer. She set out on a mission to hire the most talented and compassionate RBT therapists and BCBAs in the field and to raise the bar by offering a "gold standard" of care. With that, a better approach to care could be accomplished, thus improving the lives of clients and their families.
