Ally recently moved back to the Dallas area and is excited to rejoin Strong as a coach for our Studio classes! At age 22, she decided to pursue ballet and it quickly became her passion! In trying to build strength for dance, she realized she enjoyed weight training! She began trying different fitness avenues such as CrossFit, bodybuilding and barre! All together, shehas been training in fitness for over 5 years! She studied through NASM and is certified through Lifetime fitness!

Ally- " I see fitness as such an act of self care. In my classes I love to remind people that when they choose to show up for that 30-45 min class, that they are there for themselves. We only get one body, so taking care of it will help you take care of everything else and sometimes everyone else around you. I coach because it brings me joy and I hope to leave a little bit of that with anyone who leaves my class!"

SUMMER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Summer is just around the corner which means off-season sports training for most youth athletes! Why is off-season training important? Athletes have worked hard all year improving their fitness, athleticism and getting better at their sport. We do not want to let all that hard work go to waste by taking 3 months off during the summer. We absolutely want athletes to take vacations, be less stressed and enjoy summer. However, they can also stay in shape during this time so that they can hit the ground running when sports start up in the Fall!

Join our Sport Performance Classes designed for youth strength and conditioning!
Class Times:
Mondays: 4:45 PM
Wednesdays: 4:00 and 5:00 PM
Open to more available time slots/class requests during the Summer!

Denise is a Certified Nutrition Coach and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer! She will be coaching classes as well as leading our nutrition program!
