A reminder to all. Please stop waiting until you're in excruciating pain to see a Massage Therapist. The issue will only fester and get worse as time goes on and toxins, tension and inflammation continue to build in your body, especially the affected area. The problem will not fix itself. It needs attention, however, you can't expect Massage Therapists to perform a miracle in an hour or so when you've been passive with your pain management for weeks or even months. Oftentimes it takes several visits to get relief from deep-seated muscular and skeletal issues. Sometimes the issue is more serious and requires more in-depth manipulation from a Chiropractor or medical care from an Osteopathic or an Orthopedic physician.
Preventive Maintenance is the key! Getting on a regular Massage regimen is the best way to maintain wellness and physical well-being. CORONAVIRUS MISSION STATEMENT:

As you can imagine, with the ever-growing concern for public health and the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have spent the last few weeks diligently learning about what we can do to keep all our clients safe when you come in to our studio for massage and bodywork.

As a small, clinical styled Massage Therapy establishment, to help secure our clients safety in the midst this situation, Pro Massage is currently operating inside of our studio with only myself and 5 or less clients daily, which significantly limits our exposure to the public as opposed to the major retail branded, Massage Therapy establishments. Pro Massage will continue to adhere to our high standard of cleanliness and are taking the maximum precautions for hand washing, sanitizing and doing our best to ensure that our environment is safe for you!

We are proud to say we have best-in-class cleaning procedures in place in our studio. We have handwashing, sanitization and cleaning rules that make sense. We wipe down doors, door k***s, door handles and all other furniture. We disinfect our linens, massage tables, massage chairs and all the surfaces in our studio. In light of COVID-19, we have increased the frequency of these cleanings to occur multiple times every other hour, in between each client.

We look forward to all of our clients continuing to get their Massages and Bodywork on a regular basis, as massage therapy of course helps to reduce anxiety and stress, which is what keeps the immune system nice and strong to help fight off and detour potential infections, diseases, and inflammation in the body. Be confident in knowing that we're doing our very best to keep you safe and healthy so to continue enjoying a wonderful, Professional Massage experience as always!
