Welcome to Be Held Counseling; I’m thrilled to be embarking on this new and exciting journey with my long time friend, Angela Towson.

Like many of you, I have personally encountered life’s difficulties along the way. At one of my lowest points, the song “Just Be Held” by Casting Crowns spoke to my heart and is the inspiration for our practice name. It spoke to me about the importance of not carrying everything alone and that it’s okay to allow others to hold you during the stormy seasons. The process may not always be easy, but it is certainly worth it. There is comfort in surrendering your worries, being held, and seeking help.

I would love to be the person to shoulder some of your worries and guide you through the storm. Through the process, I hope you will find my passion and ability in creating a safe space where you can become your most genuine self and find peace.
