*MONDAY'S MINDSET ~ 3 Daily Habits to Stay Energized and Grounded This Fall*

Fall brings cozy vibes, cool air, and a slower pace—but it can also leave us feeling drained and unbalanced if we’re not intentional. Today, I’m sharing 3 simple daily habits that will help you stay energized, centered, and grounded all season long.

🌞 Habit 1: Morning Movement & Mindfulness:

Start your morning with gentle movement — like stretching, yoga, or a walk outside. Combine it with 5 minutes of deep breathing or gratitude reflection. This helps reset your nervous system, boosts circulation, and grounds your energy before the day even begins.

🍎 Habit 2: Nourish with Seasonal Foods:

Fall gives us grounding foods like sweet potatoes, apples, squash, and cinnamon. Eating with the season helps your body naturally align with the changing energy. Think warm soups, herbal teas, and balanced meals that fuel your energy rather than drain it.

***MONDAY'S MINDSET ~ WOLF IN SHEEP CLOTHING***

"Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, be wise as serpents and innocent as doves" ~ Matthew 10:16

Now lets talk about the word Manipulation ~ is when someone ignores their own disrespectful behavior but blames you for how you reacted to it!

There's certain DISRESPECT that an apology nor an explanation just doesn't fix.

Disrespect like this teaches you hard lessons:
that not everyone values your boundaries, that some people prioritize their own comfort over your dignity, and that forgiveness isn't always about them ~ its about preserving your own peace.

Trust, once broken in this way is incredibly fragile and some breaches can never truly be repaired.

Learning to recognize this kind of disrespect is a form of self-respect. It's a reminder that you don't accept apologies as a substitute for change, and that protecting your energy and your EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING is MORE IMPORTANT than trying to force someone to Value You.

In the end, certain acts of disrespect aren't just about mistakes - they REVEAL character, and they TELL you LOUDLY and CLEARLY, who DESERVES to REMAIN in YOUR LIFE and WHO DOES NOT.
