Cœur Yoga focuses on three aspects of yoga beneficial for all individuals wanting to expand or create a yoga practice. The MIND traps us in our routine, keeping us from exploring different ways of thinking; having an openness

to try a new pose, a new routine or a new mantra will greatly expand your practice. We use the breath and meditation to calm an over-active mind and bring focus and clarity to your practice, on and off the mat. Without our passion, our intention, we live our lives without purpose. Whether it’s fitness, family or fortitude or anything between; finding your passion and using it as your guide for living are keys to finding balance. The BODY is where the physical (asana) aspect of your yoga practice is utilized to make the mind and core shine. Pushing the body out of its comfort zone and discovering what it’s capable of can be truly amazing.
