Having more facts always helps the mental challenge. I’ve been working at being more consistent with physical activity and building muscles. I feel the change and I feel better!

Challenges....I decided to work on a weakness and exercises I can’t stand...squats and abs. Not my favorite activity! So May 1 started a self challenge....have I missed a day or two yep. Life is busy, no one is perfect but I’ve done most days and I’m still trying. I can say though my crunches aren’t as hard anymore, squats are getting better as well. 😊 it’s love hate, but helping where I need more strength. Mental challenge as well! Next month push up challenge, living for the future I want to have!

We can all feel ourselves slipping from good habits...holidays maybe I indulged more then I do, no furnace in freezing temps for a week...more candy and sweets then normal. Time to get back on track...love yourself and start those healthy habits back up. It’s important to catch yourself before those unhealthy habits catch up with you. Walked the dogs, started yoga again, light dessert less then 200 calories. Skim milk, ovaltine, a taste of marshmallow and some strawberries. Less sugar and fat. Love yourself, watch your habits
