We have reached 8000 test kits sold! We can’t thank you enough for all of the trust and support over the years. With over 500,000 submissions totaling well over 1 million tests performed, we continue to add new products and tests based upon your requests. The additions of digital invoicing and same day turnarounds exist to make it even easier to utilize industry leading diagnostics for the health of your pets.

New test kits are now available at www.vetdna.com. Rodent and rattery testing has been expanded as requested to include many new diagnostics. As always all testing is performed on a same day turnaround basis provided your samples arrive prior to 10:30 am central time. Rescues and rehabbers of wildlife, there’s a new kit for you too under small mammals. Pet bird owners, there’s one for you too with the fastest turnaround times in the industry. We are aware of the shipping delays in the Dallas area. Rest assured your samples will be processed asap. We have kept staff on a second shift to process them. Results will be released as quickly as we possibly can. If necessary we will work Saturday to be sure all samples are processed upon receipt. Unfortunately we do not control shipments and deliveries. Please be patient and understand that valid results mean as much to us as they do to you. (Example below is from FedEx showing my rodent purchase was delayed multiple days and eventually delivered late this afternoon). We can not tell you if the samples are valid until we receive them, but we can discern whether they are still viable for accurate results.

Solid day today with nearly 700 submissions. FedEx delays in Dallas are expected. We still made all our turnarounds by 3:45 pm. Please be advised over the next few days. FedEx has a contingency team in place and is potentially several days behind in the DFW metroplex. Please check your tracking as we have zero control over shipping.
