We are here! Chiiile, We made it to the other side of the doorway, 2026! As we shift into another year in this lifetime, I wanted to pause and say thank you.

Thank you for reading, sharing, purchasing, donating, showing up at pop-ups, mixers, workshops, and sacred conversations. Thank you for trusting Empower You, PERIOD! as a space for education, healing, dignity, and truth.

Early 2025
• Released Emerging Gracefully: A Guide to Navigating a Girl’s Menstrual Cycle with Confidence and Pride—a culturally grounded resource supporting girls, caregivers, educators, and mentors in normalizing puberty, periods, and body confidence.
• Continued menstrual health education + access to natural femcare
• Hosted pop-ups and womb-centered conversations across the community

Spring–Summer 2025
• Hosted GET WAISTED waist bead mixers & pop-ups, educating women on body awareness, womb wellness, and mindful self-connection
• Renewed as an official Girl Scouts Partner — troop members can now earn GS Badges through our workshops
• Approved as a CAP Artist with the City of Dallas, allowing Dallas County schools and organizations to request our workshops

Back-to-School Season
• Partnered with The Honey Pot Company + Community!
• Educated and distributed 200+ boxes of organic pads at For Oak Cliff’s Back to School event
• Proudly continued our annual sponsorship since 2018, providing organic femcare education and products

Fall 2025
• Collaborated with Women Divine, NFP (who received a start up grant from City of Dallas', LOVE YOUR BLOCK DALLAS initiative) to install the first-ever Grab & Go Period Pantry with organic products in Oak Cliff
• In less than 2 months, distributed 200+ dignity kits (organic pads, biodegradable wipes, disposable bags)

End of 2025
• Added Queendom Arts Consulting to support the next phase of growth
• Entered a season of expansion, alignment, and intentional rebuilding
• Official

Winter Solstice = Menstrual Energy

Key Focus & understanding:
Longest night = deepest rest
Menstrual phase energy: stillness, intuition, release
Nature is doing what our bodies ask us to do monthly

The earth is bleeding inward right now.
So are many of us. The winter solstice reminds us that rest isn’t laziness — it’s wisdom.

If your body is calling you inward, honor it.
This is sacred timing.
