The Best Tool For Washing Your Face I believe that a washcloth, preferably white is the very best way to wash your skin. It may look cloudy outside, but spring is on it's way. You may have noticed. Your skin may be breaking out or you may feel like a shell covers your skin.
The skin is shedding and thinning ever so slightly for summer. If you see an esthetician on a regular basis, then one treatment will most likely put your skin back in check. If not, then I recommend you seek a real professional as opposed to a person who will sell you a lot of products.
Products are designed to maintain a clean healthy skin. If your skin is out of sorts due to weather, stress, or medications, then you will be unhappy with the results of products. Additional help, which in the long run, tends to cost less, will get your skin ready for that glorious sunshine.

CLEANSING YOUR FACE:
You may be surprised by some of the questions I get about cleansing the skin. I was reminded once again today. What is the best way to cleanse my skin and how often? The Clarisonic revolution has made many feel they are not cleansing their skin properly. It is NOT true! Your best bet at cleansing the skin is a good old fashioned washcloth. Your hands can hold bacteria. A Clarisonic- like device using Ultrasound has created many broken capillaries for consumers. Especially those with thinner skins already. I have used LED to heal the veins of many clients, with and without rosacea due to these devices. As to when? No more than twice a day. Morning to remove the waste your body dumps when you rest. Night to remove cosmetics and environmental waste.
