🌞 Reframing Resistance: A fresh start of the month is a great opportunity for a renew and reset. I always take intentional time to gain clarity on what I want to commit my mind, time, and energy to. The theme for this month is reframing how we view and therefore respond to obstacles — often when we encounter resistance it easy to assume it’s a warning or reason to stop. But maybe it is a teacher, a signal of growth and expansion. Perhaps it’s an invitation to refine our clarity and conviction. »The road to healing is not a comfortable one and many times not a short one.

This month’s mantra: I commit to what is mine to carry and to shed what is not. I will make room for beauty and peace, even when I am presented obstacles. 📿

💌 what I eat in a day as a naturopathic gal focusing on healing her hormones and nourishment rather than calories:

• Icelandic yogurt, hole grain and seed granola, fresh fruit
• Black espresso coffee
• Herbal tea blend that I formulate to support the phase of my cycle
• Turkey, basil, cheese, evoo on sourdough toast + tomato salad
• cortisol loving salad with: fresh parsley, dill, tomato, cucumber, onion, garlic, s+p, evoo, and apple cider vinegar
• Tuscan style soup with: great white north beans, shredded chicken breast, zucchini, fennel, semolina flour pasta noodles, celery, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, and kale.
